We are a U.S.-based provider of professional renewable energy commissioning services, supporting leading energy storage and solar projects across the United States. Our work includes
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), inverters, and battery systems.
Due to rapid business growth, we are hiring Senior BESS Commissioning Engineers to support nationwide energy storage projects.

岗位职责 Key Responsibilities
* 执行电化学储能系统（BESS）上电、调试、参数设置及并网测试。
* 完成 PCS、BMS、EMS 系统联调及功能验证。
* 排查现场技术问题，进行故障定位与修复。
* 编写调试报告、测试记录及技术文档。
* 与客户、EPC及供应商团队协作，确保项目顺利交付。
* 能适应全美范围项目出差（短期或长期）。

* Perform energization, commissioning, parameter configuration, and grid connection testing of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
* Configure system parameters and support system startup activities.
* Execute integration and functional testing for PCS, BMS, and EMS systems.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions on-site.
* Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, and technical records.
* Collaborate with clients, EPC contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
* Travel across the United States for project assignments

岗位要求 Requirements
* 具备 CATL、Sungrow、海辰等主流储能设备厂家调试或售后经验至少 2 年。
* 具备储能系统（BESS）、PCS 或 BMS 调试经验。
* 熟悉储能调试流程。
* 英语可作为工作语言（客户沟通、技术文档阅读、现场协调）。
* 熟悉储能安全规范，具备
软件调试能力。
* 能适应项目出差节奏。
* 必须拥有美国合法工作身份。

* Minimum 2 year of commissioning or after-sales experience with energy storage equipment from manufacturers such as CATL, Sungrow, Hithium, or similar.
* Hands-on experience with BESS, PCS, or BMS commissioning.
* Familiar with energy storage commissioning procedures and workflows.
* English proficiency for technical documentation and client communication.
* Knowledge of energy storage safety standards and
software commissioning.
* Willingness to travel for project work.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.



优先条件 Preferred Qualifications
* 有美国本土储能项目经验。
* 熟悉海外 EMS/PCS 调试逻辑。
* 持有 OSHA / LOTO / JHA 等安全认证。
* 电气工程、自动化或相关专业背景。

* Hands-on experience with BESS projects in the U.S.
* Familiarity with overseas EMS/PCS commissioning logic.
* Safety certifications such as OSHA, LOTO, or JHA.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
