Responsibilities: Participate in daily station operations (receiving, sorting, dispatching, etc.) Complete training and hands-on tasks according to the development program Track work progress and submit weekly/monthly reports Undergo periodic evaluations and gradually take on management responsibilities
Training & Development Path: Management Trainee → Assistant Station Manager → Station Manager (within 3-6 months) Month 1: Frontline warehouse training (housing provided) Month 2: Begin station-level training Month 3: Transition to Assistant Station Manager Months 4-5: Independently manage station operations Salaries: During the training period, wages are paid on an hourly basis; subsequently, compensation increases in accordance with specific roles (Trainee Station Manager / Station Manager / Senior Station Manager), offering a high salary ceiling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred) Proficiency in both English and Chinese Strong execution skills; hardworking and willing to take on frontline rotations Prior experience in logistics/warehouse operations is a plus
