从10月7日起开始执行“薪资保障金（WAGE BOND）”制度，所有美甲行业业主需要根据店内工作人员数量以及是否是全职工作来购买等级不一的薪资保障金，例如店内有2名到4名全职员工，业主需要购买价值2万5000元薪资保障金，以保障员工福利。
根据“美甲工作人员人权法案”，在工作人员赚取小费的情况下，在小费之外必须获得每小时6.60美元时薪，如果每周超过40小时，则时薪必须达到10.98美元；在没有小费的情况下，则时薪必须达到8.75美元，超过40小时则需达到13.13美元。同时雇主必须提供用餐休息时间，不得对提出投诉或建议的员工进行任何形式的报复行为。
如果你的公司有资格的话，一年保费是你所买保险的2%: 比如25000的保险，只要500一年.
The Governor recently signed legislation that includedenhanced fines and penalties for owners who fail to comply with the new wagebond requirements. In accordance with the law’s provisions, the Department ofState will enforce these penalties as of October 6。Generally, thesize of the wage bond that an owner will be required to obtain will depend onthe number of hours of nail services provided by nail practitioners in the nailsalon, as reflected below:
· Atleast $25,000, if a business employs the equivalent of two to five full timeindividuals who provide nail specialty services --- (Annual premium $500)

· Atleast $40,000, if a business employs the equivalent of six to ten full timeindividuals who provide nail specialty services --- (Annual premium $800)

· Atleast $75,000, if a business employs the equivalent of 11 to 25 full timeindividuals who provide nail specialty services --- (Annual premium $1,500)

· Atleast $125,000, if a business employs the equivalent of 26 or more full timeindividuals who provide nail specialty services. --- (Annual premium $2,500)

1. Certificate of Authority (Sales Tax ID)

3. 提供意外保险证明
3. Proof of accident & professionalinsurance
4. 具有至少3年的做指甲经验
4. Client must be in business for at least 3 years.
